I sit here today with a devastatingly painful physical hangover and a upliftingly incredible emotional hangover.
One idea resonates in my mind.... how important it is to have a tribe.
They say that to raise a child "it takes a village" well after last night I was thinking it should be extended to over all female wellness. For my holistic well being... it takes a village (or a tribe). Woman (when you honestly and authentically connect) can be such a powerful tool for self worth and self acceptance.

Incredible how many shared emotions, fears and desires. By bringing them to the forefront, exposing them without judgment we liberate ourselves from our entangled web of doubt and self loathing. In this shared narrative we create better versions of ourselves, versions that are held up by an ancestral energy of love, respect, shared experiences and an un-canning drive to be the best versions of ourselves.
In my dark hour, my tribe shines through and I awaken hung over but ready. Bring it on, as I now have the strength to create the narrative for the story I will proudly tell me grandchildren of a woman so fierce and brave and full of love that nothing (not even herself) could stop her from becoming what she was meant to become.
